Visited here today for a post op lymphatic massage after having multiple surgeries at once abroad and was feeling really tense and needed to work on a few areas.. Sheree I think the ladies name was? She was so so so lovely and calmed my nerves as I was scared where I am very sore and tender. I came out feeling a lot more flexible and less tense! She is so so lovely! Such a relaxing and calming experience! I have booked in again and will be continuing to book in for weekly massages! 1000% recommend xx

Always a successful session. Couldn’t recommend enough. Went this evening with sciatica pain and had a cupping session, immediate pain relief and feeling much more mobile.

Amazing service, booked myself with Erika for a sports massage, she found the issue in couple minutes then worked on it and at the end the pain i had in my back is completely gone and now they feel like brand new😊would recommend her to whoever needs a massage therapy. She’s also very friendly! 5 stars for the service, would give 6 if i could😊

I’ve had ALOT of pain in my lower back and shoulders for a long time and it’s gradually got worse since having an epidural. I had cupping done this evening followed by a really hot bath with the lavender Epsom salts that Karl sent me home with and my back feels so much better already! Erika was absolutely brilliant, I took my brother who’s in the army and he felt amazing after. He had a full body sports massage and it’s really helped. She explained everything it great detail , Has a huge amount of knowledge, it was amazing to actually be able to see and understand why my brother was having these issues. She was so welcoming and very funny!
