First time ever I decided to go go Hajamma. My brother in law recommended Bilal at Therapy Clinic Ilford. Bilal administered Hajamma. I found Bilal very knowledgeable in his field of physiotharapy. He was very kind and attentive. I commend Bilal highly. Will definitely visit in a months time.

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Ksenija’s facial is excellent. I had the facial over a week ago and still feel the effects. I was 10 weeks post partum at the time and it felt like a bit of a reset for me. I felt more like me after the facial than I have in ages. Worth every penny.

Very professional and friendly service. It was my first time doing hijama (cupping) and I felt at ease by their level of service and knowledge. I opted also for sports massage and it was also excellent. The clinic is very hygienic and organised. I highly recommend this clinic!

The reason for my 5 star rating is. I came in with terrible neck pain and back pain . I took Full Body Posture Adjustment & Wet Cupping Honestly i woke up day after like a brand new man .My pain reduced by 90% Alhamduliah I like how they treat clients by calling them day after the treatment to check how they doing to advise them to keep up with the exercise and do healthy choices in life Once again thank you Bilal may god bless 🤲🏽

First time I had a massage after 1-2 years (was very much needed) and this was my first time with this lovely lady. The aromatherapy massage was SO relaxing and she made me feel like I have been here several times already; very friendly, polite and professional. I’m always tense/anxious without realising and she understood this and worked with me, I actually nodded off for a little bit, which is very rare for me!😅 Lovely experience, definitely recommend and will be back.
