I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Training for CrossFit competitions left my shoulders and upper back constantly tight. The one hour cupping session made a noticeable difference straight away. My overhead movement felt smoother and less restricted the same week. Recovery between sessions has improved and the soreness doesn’t linger like before. Very effective treatment.

I had a combination of assisted stretching and Myofascial Release. The Myofascial Release was really involved in a good way including cupping. And the assisted stretching was well done and I was challenged with it, which was also good.

One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

Went in with deep mid back tightness and restricted shoulder movement that had built up over years of training and stress. The one hour cupping session created a level of release I genuinely wasn’t expecting. Breathing felt easier, posture improved, and the area felt lighter rather than sore afterward. Highly recommend.

Steph completely transported me in that massage! Not only was it deeply relaxing on my body but I’ve never felt so calm and clear in my mind during a treatment! I added on cupping and it seriously elevated the experience as Steph could work on other parts of my body while the cups did their thing! Would highly recommend as an add on! Xx

I had an incredible experience at Urban Therapy Clinic with their body massage and dry cupping treatment. I’ve struggled with persistent tightness in my back and shoulders, and after just one session, I felt a significant difference. The relief was almost immediate—my muscles felt looser, and the built-up tension finally started to ease. The therapist was highly skilled, taking the time to understand my concerns before beginning the treatment. The massage was both deeply relaxing and therapeutic, applying just the right pressure to release stubborn knots. The dry cupping was a new experience

My facial with Cleo was such a special experience - it really exceeded my expectations of what a facial could be. The lymphatic drainage massage and cupping did wonders for my nervous system, and I left not only looking like I had a new face, but feeling really revitalised and restored. If you want to feel nourishes inside and out, Cleo is your girl.

Chronic tightness through my upper back and ribs had been affecting my breathing during training and long workdays. Alex took time to understand how I train and where I felt restricted before my treatment began. The cupping was applied in a controlled way and combined with hands on work rather than used as a standalone technique. Very satisfied with the session.
