I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.

Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London. Perfect for anyone glued to a desk all day!

I’ve been looking for a London-based healer like Maria for a while. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a calming presence. Her space is warm and inviting. Immediately, I felt safe in her care. I’m very much looking forward to our next session.

Zowie provided a thorough deep tissue massage and paid close attention to the areas that needed extra work. She spent additional time on the massage, which I appreciated, and took the time to answer my questions. The session was professional and effective, and I left feeling better afterward. I had a combination of assisted stretching and Myofascial Release. The Myofascial Release was really involved in a good way including cupping. And the assisted stretching was well done and I was challenged with it, which was also good.

One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

Steph completely transported me in that massage! Not only was it deeply relaxing on my body but I’ve never felt so calm and clear in my mind during a treatment! I had an incredible experience at Urban Therapy Clinic with their body massage and dry cupping treatment. I’ve struggled with persistent tightness in my back and shoulders, and after just one session, I felt a significant difference. The relief was almost immediate—my muscles felt looser, and the built-up tension finally started to ease. The therapist was highly skilled, taking the time to understand my concerns before beginning the treatment. The massage was both deeply relaxing and therapeutic, applying just the right pressure to release stubborn knots. The dry cupping was a new experience

My facial with Cleo was such a special experience - it really exceeded my expectations of what a facial could be. The lymphatic drainage massage and cupping did wonders for my nervous system, and I left not only looking like I had a new face, but feeling really revitalised and restored. If you want to feel nourishes inside and out, Cleo is your girl.

I heard of this place through my PT and thought I would try the cupping massage as it is something I have always thought about doing but didn’t know where to go. The whole experience was great and my back feels so much better. Rohan was an excellent massage therapist, who made sure that I was never in too much discomfort for the cupping therapy as it was my first experience. Local or not to Islington I would highly recommend Dr Stretch if you have any back/muscle problems. They really tailor your appointment to fit your specific needs. I plan to be a repeat customer.
