When I booked Esnarth had another on going treatment at house call, so she was running late and started my appointment 5 minutes late. When the session started esnarth's warm hands and attention to details wiped out quickly the frustration I had for delaying my appointment, she compensated additional 20 minutes and provided the best service ever.
