I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

A fantastic experience. My husband and I were jetlagged and fatigued after a long haul flight to Cape Town from New Zealand. Consultation was very informative, Very welcoming, very reassuring, well explained and comforting, great advice, she made me feel like myself again and confident before even starting any sessions. This gave me even more motivation going thru with this whole lipo laser process..
