Sure! Here’s a more casual version of your review: Had a sugar wax this afternoon and loved it! The place was super clean and Cynthia was really friendly and professional. My legs are so smooth, and there’s no sticky feeling like with regular wax. Definitely coming back

I tried the Eneka laser hair removal today, it was a straightforward and pleasant experience start to finish the session did not take long, the spa was well set up and my therapist was extremely professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I was advised of aftercare and preparation needs before the appointment and had a patch test beforehand to ensure there were no adverse reactions. The Eneka laser treatment was quick and painless, goggles were provided to protect my eyes and aloe gel afterwards for my comfort to reduce irritation of my skin

My therapist for this is Chloe, who is not only exceptionally professional with her knowledge of the services - she is also outstanding with her customer care. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and reassuring, which really helped calm my nerves. She explained everything clearly as she went along, so I always knew what to expect.
