This is the second time using the hyperbaric camber. Both times I’ve used it after getting Covid and having brain fog. For me the results are fantastic and releases the sensation. After the treatment my decision making and brain activity is back to normal. I can strong recommend it. The clinic is also fantastic and the staff are really helpful.

Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Had 3 sessions of body contouring here, it is easy to find (next door to jewellery quarter train station). The lady conducting my sessions is very knowledgeable about the treatment and I have started seeing results in a short time (just after the second session). Highly reccommended xx

I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

Great experience! After a few hours after the treatment I still feel relaxation on my face. The skin on my face has become radiant and very delicate. As soon as l walked into the building l felt relaxed and at ease as it was so clamong and very clean. After the treatment which was a Brazillian face lift. I felt rejuvenated. My skin looked visibly tighter, the puffiness was reduced as was my laghter lines and this is just my first session. I have 4 more booked!

First time having a full body Swedish massage and cupping and all I can say is WOW! Feel amazing and fluffy lol. Booked up again and also for other treatments.

Booked a lymphatic drainage massage due to swelling in legs on Friday. Magda was very professional, knowledgeable and expert in technique. I can honestly say it's the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The products used were pleasantly fragrance and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated, not at all tacky like some treatments. It's now Monday and I pleased to say that the swelling appears to have improved significantly.

This was the third time in the HBOT chamber, it was a relaxing experience and I am sure it is helping. I feel fairly energetic, this is after radiotherapy , a treatment that makes you fatigued. The staff/owner is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the cryotherapy centre and the HBOT.

I had the deep cleanse facial, milk spots and skin tag removal. Initially after having the treatment my face was very sore and puffy and I was concerned. I was advised by Tammy and Shelby that it will take 5days to heal and settle down. On the 6th day I have literally amazing skin 💕 everything has healed and skin is fresh and glowing!!! Cannot thank Tammy and Shelby enough they are both very kind & welcoming. I will be back for future treatments and I have had so many compliments on how clearer my skin is looking. Enjoyed my treatments I have been a few times and Dan excellent as he does the procedure with great care and covers the areas throughly I defo go again for further treatment Staff polite and very considerate and always treat you like royalty thanks guys the treatment made a big difference
