I had the Brazilian Wod Therapy with Natasha and I'd highly recommend. I've not had a treatment like that before. Natasha is very knowledgeable and has a lovely touch. Not only was the treatment enjoyable, I'm already noticing a difference around my knees and thighs, less puffy and lumpy. Thank you Natasha, I'll be booking in again.

Magda is a very skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist She carefully asks about your concerns before the treatment and explains how the lymphatic massage will support your body. Had a lovely evening and treatment with the beautiful Nasri - very relaxing and informative - seen a reduction in an inch or two on the treated area of my tummy, really happy I tried it and will be coming back for more, overall a pleasant experience!

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly.
