Ivy looked after both my daughter and me today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s gentle, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. We both left with beautiful hair and felt so well looked after. Ivy has such a warm, friendly nature that makes the whole appointment enjoyable. She’s incredibly talented, and it’s been lovely watching her confidence grow. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely keep booking with her!

This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!

I had a wash and blow dry by Ivy, and she did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, making the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, paid great attention to detail, and made easy, friendly conversation. I walked out with my hair feeling soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and that shows in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ivy again and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her career. She’s going to make a fantastic hairdresser.

Arina cut my 8 year old daughter’s hair. She was beyond amazing and her attention to detail was on another level. Anyone with kids would understand that they don’t sit still for long at all yet Arina managed to breeze through the cut. Would highly recommend her, I’m sure if her work is this good with a moving object her cutting skills on an adult would be amazing.
