Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.

Diane is wonderful! She is excellent at what she does. I’ve had a Hollywood wax before but this was my first time with Harps. I felt really comfortable during my appointment and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it was! She was very gentle, would recommend!!
