Omg it was my first time getting waxed and I felt so welcomed. Maria made it a relaxed and comfortable space where I could feel free to say if I wanted her to stop and continue. after a bad experience with a wax at another salon, i was extremely nervous. sammy made me feel so relaxed and comfortable as per usual. the quickest, most painless wax i have ever had, and felt so at ease throughout the whole appointment. sammy is always so friendly and welcoming and will listen and help with any worries or concerns you may have!

Laura-Lea was so welcoming for my first wax. She was very patient in explaining the process and making sure it went as smooth as possible. Immediately booked in for my second wax! 10/10, recommend to anyone :)

I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and I’m really pleased with the results. The treatment was quick, clean, and the therapist made me feel comfortable throughout. My brows look neat and well-shaped, and the upper lip area is smooth with minimal redness that went down quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.
