Phenomenal. Laura-Lea is so gifted at what she does and the attention to detail was amazing. I came feeling heavy, moody, pre-menstrual and I left feeling lighter, with a complete mind shift and just feeling so completely relaxed. Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.
