I’ve been going to Chantelle for 2 years now and I’ve never once had a bad time. Chantelle is calm and friendly, her beauty room is clean and fresh. I have a ‘full body wax’ including brow & lash tint and every time I walk away I feel amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, in fact I travel 40 minutes each way! Thanks again Chantelle x

Thank you Chantelle for my usual excellent appointment for gel nails and eyebrow wax and tint . Also excellent massage by Emma who is training, i was fully relaxed, she asked what pressure I would like and I said firm and that's exactly what she did checking that the pressure was comfortable .

Highly recommend Laura- Lea, her massage techniques were really good. She listened and tried her best to help me with my painful back. The studio has been decorated beautifully and was super clean. She was adaptable to my time slots and I will definitely be going back to her. So glad this place has opened in Frenchay as it’s crying out for a little corner of bliss just like this.

Just had a hot stone massage by Maria and it was absolutely amazing. Feel so relaxed and refreshed. I didn't want it to end. I opted for the whole body hot stone massage and I wasn't disappointed. My god! This was heavenly! I had a full body massage previously and lost 3lbs the next day - Laura-Lea really distressed me and clearly worked out some of that water retention too! This time I had the Back, Neck and Glow and it’s honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had! It’s my first time having a full facial massage and it feels like the stress I was holding just left my head and mind. Thank you for having magical hands - I can’t wait to visit again!

Kay is brilliant. I needed to change my nose piercing earlier than is ideal which meant it was trickier to get back in. She kept going until it was successfully in- she’s fab & I now wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve had a number of massages here, and I can honestly say each session has left me feeling deeply nurtured and restored. It’s not just about relaxation — these treatments have genuinely helped me regain my energy, improve my sleep patterns, and even make healthier choices with my diet. Tonight I had the most wonderful full body massage from Nicole. Although I visit Nicole regularly for waxing ! I’ve never had a massage. My I don’t know what I’ve been missing 💕so amazing I went to sleep twice xx

I had waxing in two areas done by Kay for the first time, I was nervous as I know how painful it has been with other waxers, but Kay made me feel comfortable, and it wasn’t as painful as other places I have been too.
