I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. The attention to detail, professionalism and skill is unmatched. They are both kind and accommodating especially with my unpredictable work schedule. I had a brow threading and a Lash Lift & Tint with Kaneesha. She has magic fingers. She is very gentle and explains very well what she is doing. The salon is also wonderful, with a very calm and soothing atmosphere. Everybody there is great. I highly recommend it to anybody who likes being pampered and appreciates professionalism. This is from now on my go-to beauty salon.

Amazing! Had a lash lift and tint done. Barely felt a thing. The environment was soothing and I even fell asleep a few times while getting the lash lift and tint done. Layla is very kind and sweet as well and explained the process beforehand. She also provided instructions for how to care for my lashes afterwards. I asked for a more curled look and she delivered! My lashes look stunning. 10/10 experience!

I had a lash tech before but booked with Mercy the first time round because my lash tech was fully booked. I have to say these were my best lashes yet! I can’t go back to my old tech now 🥹 Quite pricey hence the 4 stars
