I had the chance to work with three techs (two for my nails, and one for my lashes) and everyone was lovely—kind, friendly, and professional. My deluxe pedicure and bio gel set are perfect! The only issue was communication about my lash lift and tint. As it was my first time, I made sure to mention that, but I wasn’t asked how much lift I wanted. The tech chose a very subtle lift, and I would have chosen maximum lift if I’d known there were different options. I feel like I paid for a service with very little visible difference which is really disappointing.

Such a relaxing and chill atmosphere, calm vibes. I could tell Shaila was being very precise and gentle. Before I opened my eyes, I knew my lashes were gonna be EXACTLY how I wanted them and they were perfect. I also did a brow shaping and as someone who’s been doing their own eyebrows for years because they don’t trust others to not mess up the shape, I trusted Shaila. And I’m glad I did because she followed my shape and just cleaned it up without taking too much off. I will definitely continue to come back because finding a good lash artist is so hard to find these days.

This was my first time getting lash extensions. My cousin suggested I chose the technician Flower. She was understanding, easy to talk to you, and always made sure I was comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience here. It was a clean and chic environment.. I’m in love with my lashes they look amazing. It was a 10 out 10 experience for me. Amazing experience in the VIP room at Picasso Medi & Nails Spa! The team made me feel truly welcomed, respected, and comfortable with my invisible disabilities and as a proud LGBTQIA+ Two-Spirit person. My lashes, French tip nails and solid white pedi came out flawless. I was served champagne, sparkling water, coffee + fresh fruit, and even got to watch Degrassi (classic Drake days!) while being pampered. Beautiful service and incredible staff highly recommend!
