My last Brazilian was at a different salon and it was painful asf, so I was honestly a bit scared to come here for the first time—but Nav was absolutely amazing. She made the whole process so smooth and the pain was very bearable. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. And the best part? Finishing off with a relaxing foot massage—such a perfect touch! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend the salon, and especially Nav—definitely the best wax tech ever!

The process was quick, comfortable, and her skill is unmatched. I even ended up buying her amazing face and body scrubs. The atmosphere & service was AMAZING! I'd definitely come to this place especially if, you live in Papakura. P.S Do your research when wanting services. Nothing to do with the store or quality. I had found myself not liking the lash tint (personal preference) as it made me like panda eyed. Didn't suit me!

Staff are very welcoming and the shop is nice and it has a warm feel to the beauty shop. The lady who served me was lovely and made sure I felt comfortable. Had a great experience here with Madhu today. Only went in for a haircut but ended up having my roots done and a facial!! Madhu listened to what I was saying when I described what I wanted and understood the problem with my thick hair. Very satisfied with both my colour and haircut. Thank you so much.
