Booked a last minute appointment with Melissa after not being able to get a waxing appointment at my usual salon, and I'm so pleased I did. Melissa was really friendly, professional throughout, and regularly checked on my comfort during the bikini wax. I have to say that was one of Thee best massages I’ve ever had. I swear Catey has magic hands and finds spots that you didn’t even realise was causing carnage in your body. I had the back , neck, face and scalp massage and will definitely be booking it again with Wonder Woman herself. Love love love 💕

INCREDIBLE!!! The hot stones (and Catey) were both absolutely amazing in the Starlight on Snow package. It also included the best facial I’ve ever had. Absolutely fantastic experience!! Nikki was so attentive to my every need & what was 45 mins, seemed to have lasted much longer as I came out feeling extremely relaxed & my face/skin was glowing!! Aimee was lovely and I was really happy with my hair. I did not give 5 stars due to the price. I have been to various hairdressers in Washington and this has been the most expensive. The curls should be included in the blow dry.

Went to a different salon last time due to availability and had the worst cut ever, I just wish I'd held out to go to Get Pampered with Caroline as they have always been amazing. Finally had my cut there today and hair looks fantastic. I'm so glad to be back at the best salon in Washington xxx

Love Rachel doing my hair, lovely girls and atmosphere. I don’t mind paying the huge increase in cost for a great job. but charging a fee to pay by card is a bit of a cheek especially if you pay your 50% deposit by card and charged a card fee again when you pay balance. Very greedy of proprietor.

Rachel is amazing! She always listens to what I want and somehow makes it even better. Her curling skills are incredible—my hair always looks effortlessly styled and the curls last for days. She also does a fantastic eyebrow wax—quick, precise, and painless. On top of all that, she’s warm, friendly, and makes every visit a joy. Highly recommend!

Excellent massage again. I have previously had the top to toe but changed to a more focussed back, neck and shoulder with head and face today which was absolutely fantastic. I left feeling very relaxed as always 😀
