Get my lashes done here all the time but had a facial today (I’ve had facials here before). As a person with brown skin who suffers from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, Louise is the only person I trust touching my face. Every time I’ve ever been anywhere else in the past, I pay for it with damage to my skin because not all qualified beauticians are aware of the different affects that treatments can have on darker skin in comparison to Caucasian skin. Left the salon after a back, neck and shoulder massage and express facial feeling like I was walking on air. All pressure in my back, neck and shoulders had gone! My face felt fresh and clean and I felt super relaxed, just what was needed ❤️Thank you so much, looking forward to booking in again x

Such a beautiful experience from start to finish! I had a facial and massage today and honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole vibe was calm, peaceful, and smelt incredible. Ciara my therapist was so lovely and really took time to understand my skin and what I wanted from the treatment. The facial was super relaxing, I nearly dozed off!! and my skin looked so fresh and glowy! It felt amazing! The massage was just perfect exactly what my face, shoulders, and neck needed. I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. She’s such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’ve already booked back in. X

First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything. Fully recommend and I’ve already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you, you definitely have a new regular customer in me!
