Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! I had my first facial today We went for the Bronze package (which is what suited my skin type) I can honestly say I have never ever felt so overwhelmed The treatment it self was a experience I’ve never encountered in a facial before My face and neck feel rejuvenated with a definite visible result especially the darker shades under the eyes and mouth area I was made relaxed and reassured throughout the different stages of the treatment. I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed the neck and foot massage too Thank you Goldy.

Anita is so quick at waxing my back and shoulders. I used to dread it at a previous venue as it would always be a slow and painful expereince but the 1st time here, I just couldn't believe the speed it was done at. I would recommend to try here very highly.
