Hollie is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I’d never had a wax at all - never mind an intimate wax. Went for my legs for my first time and the results spoke for themselves so I booked a bikini wax not long after, which id have never done if Hollie wasn’t as lovely and professional. I’ve been going to her since and the change in my body hair thickness and ingrowns is unbelievable. Hollie really cares about waxing and is constantly improving the products she uses and going on training sessions - though she doesn’t need to she’s fantastic at what she does!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Holly is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She’s so kind, professional, and has the most beautiful energy. Her attention to detail is incredible, she’s thorough, gentle, and takes real pride in her work. The whole experience is much less painful than you’d expect, and the results are always flawless. Truly the best intimate wax and waxing experience I’ve ever had!

Wow I wish I had found Hollie sooner, I’ve just been to Hollie as I’m going abroad for my wedding and I didn’t want to have to worry about being in a bikini and having unwanted hairs and feeling insecure, the pain was much bare-able with Hollie but that’s because of her method and her passion for waxing. Hollie made sure every hair was gone evening using tweezers to get rid of every last hair! Thank you Hollie I can’t wait to continue to my waxing journey xx

Amazing experience the salon as an ambiance that makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Ashprit who was also amazing and professional did a nasal wax , eyebrow shaping and tint then to be a little bit different I had my toenails polished in black . I will be going back and will be spreading the word to all my friends of just how good this was and the price was ultra reasonable and I think a lot better than other places I’ve seen. Had a back wax with Ruby and it was great, no wax residue left from the wax which I’ve had at other salons in past, my back is nice and smooth. Definitely highly recommended and will be having my waxing done at Studio 28 in the future going forward.

I had a full body waxing session here and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The two ladies who looked after me were absolutely lovely, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were very professional, attentive, and clearly experienced in what they do. The salon was clean, welcoming, and the customer service was excellent throughout. Just been and had an amazing pumpkin 🎃 facial with peel and first time under LED lights and steam. This was the best facial ever and I’ve had a few! Was worried about the led as can sometimes feel claustrophobic. But Rachel put me at ease and the whole experience was 5 star! Will def be booking again and maybe next time try it with dermaplane. The room was very calming and cknfidtsnke and at one point I almost drifted off. Highly recommend.

The best experience ever. As someone who has a lot of massages, I can’t believe I’m saying this is the best one I have ever had!!!! I felt like Becky wrapped me up in the warmest blanket and helped me both physically and mentally. However, the best part of the experience was the facial massage.
