Hollie is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I’d never had a wax at all - never mind an intimate wax. Went for my legs for my first time and the results spoke for themselves so I booked a bikini wax not long after, which id have never done if Hollie wasn’t as lovely and professional. I’ve been going to her since and the change in my body hair thickness and ingrowns is unbelievable. Hollie really cares about waxing and is constantly improving the products she uses and going on training sessions - though she doesn’t need to she’s fantastic at what she does!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Holly is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She’s so kind, professional, and has the most beautiful energy. Her attention to detail is incredible, she’s thorough, gentle, and takes real pride in her work. The whole experience is much less painful than you’d expect, and the results are always flawless. Was booked in for lip filler my first time with lauren , she explained to me that i needed them disolved as my previous filler had emegratted out of my lips leaving lumps around them. She explained this to me clearly so i understood this would be the best outcome. I had them dissolved with no discomfort or pain,the salon was very realaxing. 2 weeks later i returned for lip filler. Again everything was stress free and i felt at ease. My lips look amazing now, im very happy with the results and would recommend lauren.

She listens to what I want as well as offering advice to what will look best with my complex and eye shape. She’s professional, kind and makes me feel at ease every time.
