Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

The experience at Hellen Brandao Beauty was excellent as ever💕As a relative newbie to wax treatments. I had some apprehension about giving this another go after my first experience (years ago with someone else) did not go well. Freya is always so welcoming and this is so so important when having certain treatments she just makes you feel at ease .no awkwardness 👏, I felt at ease straight away during my appointments never a dull moment with us ☺️, the most amazing beautician I’ve experienced. And she has been amazing with my sister who’s got some different needs & my daughter basically wants to live in the salon lol 😂. Grateful we get to come have our beauty treatments with our amazing Freya . PS I was recommend by Millie who does amazing hair so a win win 💇‍♀️. Blessed with amazing gifted women 🫶🏼
