I had a great experience with this wax and go! Sonia is really lovely and incredibly patient, which made the whole process so much more comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes her time to make sure everything is done properly. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a calm, professional, and friendly waxing experience.

Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

Emily is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgeable about everything waxing and explains everything as she does it. I'm new to waxing and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I'll be completely honest, I didn't believe her when she said it gets better after the 1st wax, but I'm so glad I came back because she was absolutely right! I'll never go back!

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I have been visiting the wax place for many years. As a waxer myself it’s hard to find someone to trust but I would not go anywhere else! Lianne, Lea & Jen all wax me and all make me feel extremely comfortable and the area is very welcoming and properly clean. The products used are extremely kind to the skin too!

Always answered my questions if I've any concerns about my skin. Always feel very pampered and come out looking and feeling much better. Always have a laugh and a chat. Today I have had my eyebrows waxed & tinted and electrolysis. I am very happy with my treatments. I have been going g to Paula for over 20 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 🙂

Paula is very professional and always works hard to ensure her clients have a fabulous experience. She has always been honest and straight with me, advising me the best way to go and charging accordingly. Eg sometimes I only need half an eyebrow wax so that’s what I get and what she charges me for.

As always my v mould & half leg wax was pain free.Emily is such a professional & puts me at ease & we always have a good chat.
