Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

Always very happy with my eyebrow tint and shape. My face looks better with dark eyebrows and Paula always makes them lol perfect!

Erin is absolutely amazing at explaining everything, kept me updated and relaxed throughout the whole appointment, and my results from a lash lift and brow wax and tint are perfect. Couldn’t recommend the salon and Erin enough!! Also no irritation and she did exactly what I asked for, I’ll definitely be back :)
