After having a bad waxing experience with a previous company, I was a little nervous about a new business, however, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Charlie was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The room was lovely and clean and bright, and the service itself was great. I have already booked my next appointment and would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional service as always. I love how every visit the professionalism of girls is always up to the highest standard. I have been to other places around Cardiff and none of those places stands up to Posh Beauty and Academy. None of them scratches even the surface how everything is run. Being a business owner myself I know what it takes to run the business, provide exceptional service, offer the highest standard of service and yet keep the place tidy and everyone happy. I had a voucher full body massage from Helen. It was amazing. She also incorporated hot stones and a face mask which I wasn’t expecting. I left feeling extremely relaxed. I thoroughly recommend to anyone.
