First time here today and Darcy is so lovely and easy to talk to! My first full leg wax was nerve wracking but honestly not as bad as I thought, she really made the experience bearable. My only downside is when I had a Hollywood, it went really well in itself but i realised after I left that there were still quite a lot of hairs still there so I’m quite sad about that but otherwise a really good wax experience☺️ Thanks Darcy, great meeting you!

It was my first downstairs wax, and she was amazing! She got every single hair! And she was so nice, and patient with me, even though I was being a baby. 100% recommend, but especially if you haven't had one before. She helped me laugh through the pain 👏

Just had an enzyme facial peel.... Wow what a difference to my skin, I have dry skin and now my face feels so soft, light and no longer feeling tight. Louise is wonderful describing everything she does, I feel like I am going to a friend's house
