There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I had my first intimate wax with Charnel and honestly, I couldn’t recommend her more. I went in not knowing her at all, and by the end of the appointment it genuinely felt like we’d been friends for years. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from start to finish, And the biggest surprise… it was practically painless!!! I didn’t believe the reviews before I went, but now I completely get it. Charnel is such a professional – this is exactly how waxing should be done. So lovely, so reassuring, and amazing at what she does. I won’t be going anywhere else! Xx

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Really struggled growing my eyebrows for 2 months and I had nothing to worry about this girl did the most amazing job !!! Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. The facial was the best facial I’ve ever had Lilly really took her time and the treatment was amazing. Felt so relaxed during and after the treatment Lilly is a lovely lady and felt very comfortable with her

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

Anniyah is an amazing technician who clearly knows what she's doing and has super talent. Anniyah tailored the service to suit my needs, ensuring I was comfortable through and with consideration to me being heavily pregnant. What a transformation you have made to face! I absolutely love my appointments with Hannah. She is a pleasure to be around, she is always honest with me and makes me feel at ease despite me hating needles being in my face! I am confident Hannah would never carry out any treatments if she didn't think they were for you. Hannah has taken years off my face but I still look and feel completely natural , so thank you xx
