I did the one on one with Shakera and she was very informative, patient and sweet throughout. My class went great, in that time i learn so much and honestly i can say im ready to take on some faces on my own. At the end of the session i also got a goodie bag which i wasn’t expecting lol. 10/10

This was my first time ever getting a wax! Needless to say, I was initially nervous about what to expect. Amarai was so nice! She really tried to distract me from the pain of waxing. I made it through! She was very professional and delivered an excellent service! I was very satisfied with the results.

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

Went there for a Pedicure with gel nails and a Manicure. Since it was such an amazing experience - technically and personally - I go back for eyebrow tinting and waxing. That will be my top spot for future appointments.

My experience with sugar waxing was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was so welcoming and comfortable. Shaniece was very kind, professional, and communicative throughout my entire wax, which really helped put me at ease. This was my first time going to her, and I can confidently say I’ll definitely be back. What I truly appreciated is that she doesn’t just focus on the wax itself, but also makes sure to prioritize aftercare, ensuring you know how to take care of your skin afterwards. I highly recommend her services!

Overall it was a great experience. For a basic pedicure I was still treated as if I had paid for a Lux Pedicure. I will definitely be back and maybe to try waxing this time.

This is my 3rd visit and I am impresses each visit. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like Christmas. During the service, the under eye patch treatment and then the face massage were nice touches to my eyebrow wax ( I didnt realise these were included in the service🙈). At the end, I received a special Christmas token. I left feeling light and refreshed. Shenice makes you feel extremely comfortable!

My experience at Reflections Spa was great. I was greeted warmly by the young lady at the front desk,sorry i didn't get her name, and was offered a beverage while I waited.I had a hot stone massage done by Cheryl, very soothing and relaxing, I even fell asleep. Thank you Cheryl, you have blessed hands. Then I had a facial done by Alexis, another wonderful experience. My face was so soft and smooth after. Thank you Alexis, you also have blessed hands. Then I was checked out by another young lady at the front desk, who engaged me with light conversation about my experience. Thank you all 💯

GREAT!!!! This was my first official facial, it was nice and relaxing, hours later and my facial was not greasy. Full face wax and it was over in a jiffy. I love her pedicures and my feet are smooth for weeks after.

My experience was nice...came out with my face glowing...A big thanks to Zenobia,her and i started talking like have we known each other for awhile...i'll be back
