Fabulous. Have yet to be disappointed by skin fitness richmond. Had a slight sensitive reaction to the eyebrow waxing this time round which left me with some irritated redness and scabbing under my brows. But I had gotten them done twice within about 3 weeks so my skin was likely still recovering from the previous round. And despite the redness my brows and lashes look fantastic! And the redness/scabbing has nearly cleared up within 3 days. Always leave my appointments 100% satisfied with the results.

Joshua provided fantastic service today! He was amazing and made us feel very at ease throughout our entire appointment. We will definitely be booking with him again. However, the building itself is looking a bit tired and could definitely use a refresh. The chair I sat in for waxing was broken, and the lighting wasn't very good. Having some additional seating in the waiting area would also be a big improvement. Overall, though, the service was excellent!

Hands done the best facial I have EVER had! Gorgeous atmosphere, amazing service and so very relaxing. My skin feels the best it has in years. My face is scared from skin cancer surgery which normally makes me uncomfortable, however that was not the case today. Maya and Telia were warm and understanding and put me at ease straight away. Highly recommended!!!!

At first I was a little hesitant to go and get a waxing job done but that all changed on my arrival. Leg waxing isn't a very lovely experience in general, however, the lovely welcoming nature, calmness of the facility, and high service from the therapist made this a really nice way to spend the time!

First time waxing. A bit awkward at first but Michelle found the words to help me relax and squeezed me in between 2 appointments. The experience was no way near traumatic as I first expected and the skin feels so smooth and sensitive. It’s a nice feeling and I’ll be back to the Wax Station. Thanks Michelle!
