Fabulous. Have yet to be disappointed by skin fitness richmond. Had a slight sensitive reaction to the eyebrow waxing this time round which left me with some irritated redness and scabbing under my brows. But I had gotten them done twice within about 3 weeks so my skin was likely still recovering from the previous round. And despite the redness my brows and lashes look fantastic! And the redness/scabbing has nearly cleared up within 3 days. Always leave my appointments 100% satisfied with the results.

Absolutely amazing experience I had on Saturday. From the moment I walked in right through to my treatments then walking out was such a relaxing experiencing. I booked myself a last minute package that included a Facial, massage, pedicure with a wash and blow dry and the experience was just beautiful. They made me feel like a million dollars. I was so relaxed and the attention to detail that the therapists gave was next to none. Will definitely be booking this treatment package again. It's a great reset for the body. Ladies if you're wanting that self care, you should book! ❤️

I recently tried skin needling and was impressed with the results, especially thanks to Trish’s exceptional care and expertise. She was incredibly professional, guiding me through every step and making sure I was comfortable. Trish tailored the treatment specifically for my skin, which I really appreciated. She explained how it would work to boost collagen and help reduce some fine lines and scars. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Trish to anyone looking into skin needling or any kind of facial treatment!

Hayley is a skin wizard 😍 My skin is absolutely glowing after yesterday’s laser genius treatment , to the point that I’m even considering not wearing makeup on Christmas Day! From the moment I walk into this salon, I feel the outside world drift away as I am in the most nurturing hands. Hayley is so knowledgable, gentle and gives the most incredible attention to detail. The only salon I’ve ever experienced that offer insane results as well as relaxation! I love that the girls are with you throughout your entire appointment rather than rushing multiple clients at once. Recommend to all!

Dani always does such an incredible job and genuinely cares for her clients. Some days I've come in feeling so deflated but always leave feeing refreshed and heard. Even when I didn't come in for a little while whilst undergoing cancer treatment , she still rung to check in and make sure that I was okay . One of the many reasons I've been coming to skin fitness for years now. Always great sevice all round.

From humble (but cosy) beginnings in her previous clinic to the incredible business she has built today, Michaela knows how to give your skin a unique experience! I happily travel 45 minutes to see her and ways feel refreshed after my visit. My first couple of hours away from my babies and as my birthday present, I choose to get a dermaplaning session at The Key 2 Skin. I had the most incredible experience with Telia. She kindly welcomed me, made me feel comfortable and was so lovely to chat to. I recently visited thekey2skin for a laser genesis facial with therapist Hayley and was honestly blown away. I am not new to genesis, however what I will say is that when it comes to devices, your treatment results are only ever as good as the hands they are in. Hayley is incredibly skilled, the massage components accompanied were heavenly, and her skin knowledge and care throughout were greatly appreciated. Cannot wait to return and work my way through the rest of the treatment menu here 💖✨️
