Emily was amazing and I'm really happy with my shape. Unfortunately I didn't know that I need to avoid waxing when on a Vit A analogue (pharmacist/dr didn't tell me) so the skin above 1 eyebrow came off but Emily managed it very well and recognised what had happened immediately. She plucked my other eyebrow and the affected skin is healing. I will be rebooking to get the same treatment but with plucking instead as I am very happy with the shape and stain.

Sarah is fantastic! She is friendly and welcoming. She knows her stuff. She explains what she is doing, she asks you questions and gives you opportunities to ask her questions too. She incorporates a massage into your facial which makes your experience very spa like, without that extra cost. I couldn't recommend her more highly...
