We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

Meri was excellent at giving a face massage and deep tissue massage to my back and shoulders. Every knott was worked out and I felt as though my neck and head had been removed from my body by the time she'd finished I was that relaxed. I'd highly recommend having these treatments, or any of them done by Meri. Very professional and well worth the money.

Sara was so lovely and full of great advice. Anyone who is unsure about what shape, sizing, colours etc, she will not do you wrong! This lady has 17 years experience, one to be trusted. A lovely, clean, cool and inviting establishment, Tandis is definitely a great place to go for your nails, but they offer so many other beauty services and I will most definitely be visiting again. I opted for BIAB nails and this was my first time and I'm so happy with the quality and the overall results. Thank you Sara :).

First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

I went in the day before to see if there was a walk in appointment but they were fully booked so Hoda said I could have an appointment at 9 the following morning. I got there before 9 and as the shop was open Hoda was able to see me straight away. She always does a great job at making my eyebrows look fab, the treatment is well worth the £8 for the time and effort put in.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. Omg! That has got to be the BEST back massage and facial ive had to date (ive had many). For me, its not just about the great quality of the products used but its how comfortable i felt during my visit. Charnel was warm and friendly and chatted with me at times when i wanted a chin wag. She explained what products she was using and the benefits of them. A great touch was the heated blanket i was laid on, it was so cosy, yes, i fell asleep. Im so excited for my next visit! Thank you for being so welcoming & i love your new shop! Gorgeous!
