We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

Meri was excellent at giving a face massage and deep tissue massage to my back and shoulders. Every knott was worked out and I felt as though my neck and head had been removed from my body by the time she'd finished I was that relaxed. I'd highly recommend having these treatments, or any of them done by Meri. Very professional and well worth the money.

First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

I went in the day before to see if there was a walk in appointment but they were fully booked so Hoda said I could have an appointment at 9 the following morning. I got there before 9 and as the shop was open Hoda was able to see me straight away. She always does a great job at making my eyebrows look fab, the treatment is well worth the £8 for the time and effort put in.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. went to charnel for the first time and was such a lovely experience! she truly goes above and beyond for her clients - i was greeted warmly, offered a drink, and she made me very comfortable and adapted pressure for the massage to my liking. the studio itself was very cosy and everything was hygienic and smelt lovely, making it the perfect place to relax. at the end she even gave me a goodie bag which was such a nice touch! i would highly recommend her services and i will be back ❤️
