I was always trying new places and trying to find somewhere to help with a specific issue I had but nobody could ever come close to making an impact until I came here. The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. A truly lovely reset for body and mind. Would absolutely go again. ✨

I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a truly soothing treatment.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The techniques used are different to a standard massage at a salon or spa. It’s obvious Mukti knows exactly what she is doing. She can find tension you didn’t even know was there! If you want relaxation and to really get to the route of any aches and pains then this is the place to go.

Amazing experience - as always! I really notice such a positive difference in my skin after each appointment, especially the ✨glow✨, and a tangible reduction in my tension and stress levels. Sarah always looks after me, and each appointment starts with a collaborative discussion about what my skin needs most and ends with me feeling so relaxed and looked after. I walked in with sore shoulders and lower back pain and left with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Mukti is an excellent therapist. She knows her stuff and how to target stubborn knots and muscle tension. As part of the treatment i also had a facial, which was sublime, my skin looks so much better two days later. Big thanks xx

Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

Today I was booked in for a one hour massage with Sarah. I was quite sore before I went in and had lots of knots but now I feel so much better. She really works those knots and uses different amounts of pressure to make sure they are gone but without causing pain. Really impressed 5 stars from me

I went for a back, neck and head massage. Adele is great, really friendly and puts you at ease. She really works the areas that need the pressure but the whole experience leaves you relaxed and stress free.

Sarah gave me an intense back massage. After wards I was able to walk normally having been walking asymetrically for several weeks which I thought was due to the pain in my left knee. Thank you Sarah. Jan.
