Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The techniques used are different to a standard massage at a salon or spa. It’s obvious Mukti knows exactly what she is doing. She can find tension you didn’t even know was there! If you want relaxation and to really get to the route of any aches and pains then this is the place to go.

The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. Today I was booked in for a one hour massage with Sarah. I was quite sore before I went in and had lots of knots but now I feel so much better. She really works those knots and uses different amounts of pressure to make sure they are gone but without causing pain. Really impressed 5 stars from me

I walked in with sore shoulders and lower back pain and left with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Mukti is an excellent therapist. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage.
