Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I really liked that she explained which muscles were tight/problematic and how this might impact pain/tension. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be returning. I had a massage with Tracey and it was really good. I’ve never had a professional massage before and Tracey was very kind, friendly and made me feel comfortable. She explained things clearly and checked I was okay throughout. I felt much more relaxed afterwards and would definitely recommend and want to go back. Thank you!

I always have an excellent experience with Mayra. She is professional, attentive and really understands how to work on tension in the body. Every time I leave a session, I feel lighter, more relaxed and all the knots have been properly released. My body feels better afterwards. I would highly recommend her.
