This was one of my first experiences regarding PRP which I choose to have my hair and neck procedure done. It was all very well organised by a team, Vera, Sonia, Jenny, Emily & another member who's name I did not acquire. Sorry my apologies! All in all it takes at least 2 weeks for a review of the treatment, which I yet to have, but in the meantime I have had follow up from Jenny the Beauty Therapist regarding my health following the treatment, which was very reassuring & extremely helpful.

Sonia knows the muscle and skeletal structure of the face inside out and what happens if you inject in one spot to another spot for the best results. I had my 1st ever manicure and my nails look amazing. So happy with them, it was for my son’s graduation so wanted something special done for a change. The manager was very accommodating and went out of his way to call me as the staff did not turn up on time. Very happy with the results and will defo back.

I had my hair cut this afternoon by Rosie and couldn't be happier with the result. Rosie was very friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job bringing my tired hair back to life – it feels and looks so much healthier and refreshed. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you, Rosie and the team – I will definitely be returning!
