Seen Amy at her Moor Lane,Crosby site a good few years ago Amy is a lovely girl,she makes you so welcome,I explained to Amy about my neck, shoulders and lower back being a bit stiff and sore and for the rest of the session she worked on my problem spots,and the massage was so relaxing and did explain i might be a bit sore afterwards,but I highly recommend Amy,the only problem I will have now in recommending her is I will find it harder to book another session 😂 Top marks to Amy 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. Was a bit worried about the pain with lip blush but after having numbing injection and cream it was absolutely fine. Sonia was a perfectionist and I absolutely love the colour. Looks natural.

Second visit for Back Shu Acpunture & Cupping (hip)and once again a really positive experience. Rachel was attentive and took time to check how I was feeling. The treatments itself felt well paced & taliored to my needs with clear attention to areas of tension & discomfort. I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Another amazing treatment from Mike today. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension.
