Honestly the practitioner Safa is soo lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. The laser itself it’s absolutely pain free unlike the experience I’ve had at other laser places where the pain was unbearable. So affordable and up to high standards. Would honestly recommend to book in your patch test and start your laser journey immediately.

This was my first time coming to Pickles and Co and everything was amazing! initially came in for an extension consultation which Simone helped out with a lot by explaining the different types of extensions as well as finding the perfect shade that would blend into my hair. She gave me a whole breakdown of the pricing and which would be best for my specific hair type. then had a cut and finish which brought my hair back to life!!!! It felt so dead and dull before, but once Simone cut and styled it, I feel like a whole new person. I’m so incredibly happy and I will definitely be coming back! <3

We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. I do a lot os workouts cardio, lifting weights ,running and wanted to experience a deep tissue massage was a bit scared that it would be one hour full of pain but I was pleasantly surprised . It had to be a bit painful (on the arwas that nedded) but was so relaxing it was really amazing. Arrived full of stress and with very tight calfs and left feeling that just had mixture of sport massage and a really an amazing relaxing massage .Will be back for sure.
