I had an amazing experience with Gemma! She was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my needs regarding my body. I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

It was good. Downstairs toilet had faulty lighting, Light went off when door closed .Pitch Black. Unable to see. Might come back as Massage was nice.

It was my first booking at this venue & I had pretty good experience. The atmosphere was so quiet & took me to the another world. The masseuse was VALENTINA & she was really good at massage. I had Back/neck/shoulder/head massage. Back & Shoulder massage was phenomenal. 10/10 for it. They should have put more emphasis on neck massage as I requested about it. Head massage was just an average. Nothing much special in it.

Holli does an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage with reflexology. Her knowledge is reassuring and she makes you feel very comfortable, helping you leave feeling relaxed and 'reset'.

Holli gave me a fabulous massage and reflexology session - who knew that having therapy on your feet could make your whole body relax, but it did. I would 100 per cent recommend Holli and she took away my stress, aches and pains and anxiety and I floated out of her room on a cloud of tranquility! I can't wait to go back again.
