Had a brilliant experience, appointment was carried out to an extremely professional standard & the premises was spotlessly clean. I showed my mum my freshly threaded eyebrows as soon as I left because of how happy I was with them and she has now booked an appointment also! I had an amazing experience with Gemma! She was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my needs regarding my body. She tailored the massage treatment perfectly to address my concerns, and I could feel the care and attention she put into it. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

Wow! What a massage! I was warmly welcomed and shown to the room, massage started right on time. I had the thai oil massage for 1hr and felt absolutely fantastic afterwards. Definitely don't plan anything after you get a masaage here as you will need time to chill after as it is so relaxing! :) 100% recommend. Can't wait to come back. Thank You so much!

The environment was calm, Vicky was lovely and very welcoming (and helpful when I got lost!), and the massage was wonderful. Vicky was also very thoughtful about my allergies and came up with great options to manage them. I will definitely be coming again, and recommending to others.

Wow!!!! I booked in for the Ultimate Skin Refresher Facial, and my skin looks amazing. Came in feeling dull and dry after the summer, what I didn’t expect was the amount of buildup/ blackheads which Mel cleared for me. The combination of treatments in the package meant I left glowing and hydrated. This is a treat I’ll be booking back in for. As always Mel gave me some really good product advice. Thank you Mel you really do perform magic ❤️
