I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

This was my first full body massage I have ever had here and I was so nervous before as I’m not really into spa days etc but it was a pleasure and very much needed when I realised how knotty I was !
