My first appointment was with Roi early Saturday morning. The salon had shifted the seating area to the other side of the salon. I liked the change, a clean and spacious look. Roi as always is good to chat with. Alway does a great job with my hair and style! My second appointment this same Saturday morning for facial treatments was with Chethna. I was accommodated without a booking. Chethana, answered my questions then we agreed on treatments. I was in good hands during this time and walking out feeling amazing. Worth it!

Absolutely Great experience for a first timer. I had a 45 minute hydrating facial plus 45 minute foot reflexology and both were divine experiences. My professional was so just so lovely and welcoming and very thoughtful. The whole experience was a pleasure to enjoy. Definitely booking more of the same but first up is a “couples massage.” ☺️

My facial with Amelina was truly relaxing and just what I needed. My skin felt completely refreshed, and she shared just the right amount of insights along the way to ensure I knew what she was doing and comfortable with the process.

I had a Cult Initiation (consultation) with Charlotte followed by an Osmosis facial. Charlotte was so knowledgeable and her expertise was very apparent. She took the time to explain to me what was showing up on my skin and how this was influenced by internal factors. Her treatment and follow up gave recommendations to address my concerns. The treatment itself was very relaxing and she had a beautiful massage technique. My skin was dewy and glowing straight after. I highly recommend Charlotte!

I've tried a few salons since I've been back in Auckland and having difficult fine hair, Renee is the only stylist i've found that really listens and cuts my hair so that it works for me.

For years, we have been coming to get a massage at Siwalai monthly, it is always a great pleasure, so much so that each time we find that it is the best, so we continue! We moved from the North Shore to South Auckland, we looked but did not find an equivalent, Siwalai is the best massage in the entire region. Entrust your body to any of their masseuses, you will come out feeling refreshed and if you have pain somewhere, they will make you forget it.

Getting a facial and massage with Teresa is such a relaxing treat. I recommend everyone try it and appreciate the full benefit of relaxation and how your body feels afterwards.

Naomi was excellent as always. I only come to get my eyebrows if she is working, very experienced and makes the best shaped eyebrows in all of Auckland. I recommend her to all my friends.

Smita is honestly the best laser tech and overall beauty therapist I’ve seen in a long time. So kind and knowledgeable. She’s helped me so much. Also one of the only people in Auckland with latest hair removal machine and specific skincare products.

As always the staff & friendly & welcoming. The massage is the best I’ve had in Auckland (and I have been searching for a couple of years) I will be sticking with the masseuse I have found here 🙏🏼 she is very intuitive and finds exactly what I need EVERY time I visit.
