Absolutely loved my facial today. I've had facials before, but this felt so much more personalised. She did a skin analysis first, listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve, and then tailored everything to my skin. The treatment was so relaxing, and the complimentary massage was amazing. My skin feels so soft, and glowy now. I left feeling like I'd had a complete reset! She also gave me some skincare recommendations which were really helpful. I've already booked my next appointment and I'm so excited to come back. Thank you so much!

I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

Heather always gives the best facials and takes care of you from the moment you walk through the door, she's kind, welcoming and super friendly, I have never once felt judged. She is so gentle, but thorough in how she gives facials, and you can clearly tell just how passionate she is about skincare. I went to Millie’s Beauty for the first time today for a build-your-own facial, and it was honestly amazing. I chose dermaplaning, extraction, and a shoulder, neck & scalp massage - the dream combo! I got a last minute booking for my waxing and within the time allocated, Nicola managed to wax my leg and do a Brazilian for me. In conversations, I realised it was actually the same salon I use to go to at Fulwood. I was dead happy to be back with them. Really grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.
