Nicole was really friendly and welcoming, as a first time client I instantly felt relaxed. The salon itself was a lovely space with low light and mood music which set the scene perfectly. The massage was fantastic and the facial was lovely. Nicole recommended after treatments for my next visit to focus on my problem areas and I have come home and rebooked already!

Had a fantastic facial with Carra. She tells you what she is doing and makes you feel so at ease that when she left me for 10 minutes with a mask on, I had a snooze! She is great, as is everyone who is at Ugly Betty’s from the minute you open their door. Can’t think of anything that could possibly make the experience any better.
