Sam is amazing! She is helping me, at the ripe old age of 33 lol, with my skin. She has currently recommended me an amzing new skin routine to my budget and we went with a carbon facial as a boost for the skin and this was amazing! I have very very sensitive skin. And when I tell u no irritation at all. My skins has never been so smooth, redness has generally decreased. Pore are less noticeable but forever in love with how soft my face it has help with texture so well. Can't wait to have another one.

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . The beutician was very kind, and professional. Highly recommend.

As always Natalie is a master of her craft, exceptional facial tonight, I had RF needling which I have to say am blown away by the immediate results and they will only get better. This was my first ever facial treatment, - I opted for the signature lymphatic facial. It was the most wonderful experience from start to finish, with the amazing therapist Grace. Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.
