I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Becky, which immediately set the tone. I booked a Hydro Glow Facial. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Shannon took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The salon is modern, spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere it honestly felt like being at a friend’s house. I left feeling like my skin looked refreshed and glowing and the treatment was very reasonable priced. The goodie bag at the end was a really nice touch too.

I had the most wonderful sculpting facial with Elsa. My skin feels plump, lifted, and has such a healthy glow. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already! Elsa was amazing, so informative, kind, and understanding throughout. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, especially the face and shoulder massage, which melted all my tension away. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and radiant. I thoroughly recommend Elsa, she is exceptional!

I had a deep cleanse facial with Channelle and the extraction results were good. My pores looked much cleaner afterwards and she was knowledgeable throughout the treatment. However, the salon environment was quite noisy during my visit, with conversations and movement outside the treatment room affecting the relaxing experience. The treatment is 50 minutes, shorter than expected compared to the advertised timing.

I absolutely loved my treatment. The hospitality was amazing, and the way everything was discussed with me made me feel very comfortable and confident. She communicated with me at every step, explaining what she was doing and how it would help my skin. I can honestly see a glow already, and I feel much more confident after the treatment. 100/100 recommended, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your skin, this is the place to go.

What can I say about Beauty Hideout, alot of amazing things but I'll be here forever! Chan, thank you so much for your continued love and support, meeting you was not only great for my skincare but life too (filled with so much positivity and encouragement). I always love having a nice reset facial and it never disappoints. Every time I go, I feel can it get any better (it does 😁). One of the best skincare place out there. Georgina was lovely she explained the procedure so thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with her and I could tell she wants to help us reach our targeted area’s. I had my first ever session of Botox and it was rlly quick. Would definitely come back to her :)
