Sam is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and the facial required for that person based on their skin type. She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! Thank you so much to Sam, I highly recommend her and I too will be coming back for more facials!

Always a special treat to have a Hydrafacial by Beatrice. I’ve made a good self-caring habit this year of having them regularly, and I intend to continue into 2025. My skin looks younger, feels smoother, and I don’t get breakouts of spot or whiteheads like I did. It was my first facial with Beatrice and I loved ever minute of it. The whole experience was very relaxing and calming, more like a spa treatment than just a facial. I really enjoyed mini massage that almost put me to sleep. Also, all the products used smelled so lovely - that I felt almost like at aromatherapy. My face right after was slightly red due to extractions - but it was so worth it! My pores seems visibly smaller, cleaner than usual and the skin feels plump and fresh 🖤

Another very enjoyable visit, taking advantage of Kristine's latest offer for models required. So had the facial anti-wrinkle treatment for 3 areas. The appointment went great, with lots of professional advice from the very friendly and informative Kristine and also managed to squeeze in another treatment I needed. Not 100% sure of results, as can take a week or two to fully show the effects, but after just 4days I can already see a vast improvement. Looking forward to seeing you in a week and half. Tiffany ☺️

She is also so knowledgeable about the body, muscles, skin etc that she is great to ask about any problems you may be having and able to offer really helpful advice. Highly recommend a visit!

Absolutely brilliant experience of a deep cleanse facial and sooo much after care advice and help with products to use ect . I had an indulgent facial treatment and Maria was very nice at all times. She included a Skin Analysis and honestly, never understood my skin as well as today! She is so knowledgeable and tailored a perfect advice for me. We’re going to be working in my skin concerns and I feel more educated and in control now. The place is very nice, calmed and perfect to have trusted treatments.
