Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Amazing treatment as always. I always leave feeling completely restored. Can't recommend the back facial enough, amazing combination of deep cleansing and deep relaxation, so glad I found Kezz as only place I know that offers this treatment. Loved the Hampton spa wonderful location so tranquil staff were very welcoming and put me at ease straight away the pool steam room and sauna were all fabulous and I even got alone time in all 3 great facilities showers toilets and changing rooms were immaculate and Mimi who provided me with a full body Swedish massage and facial was Amazing she introduced her self when I was waiting a very warm welcoming person extremely good at what she does again made me feel so comfortable the smells of essential oils and treatments were divine and left smelling and feeling fabulous

Been going to Kerry on a monthly basis for years, what she doesn't know about skincare is not worth knowing! Had a chemical peel and microneedling today, skin feels tightened and glowy, can't wait to see the full results in the coming days. Kerry can also.provide gorgeous massages and facials. Book an appointment, you will not be disappointed. 😊
