Helena is amazing! We had a detailed consultation to discuss all my concerns. She set out a clear plan of what i need to use at home and the treatment plan going forward. My first facial was lovely she spoke through everything she was doing and why so i knew exactly what she was doing and what it was targeting. Best facial in Bristol. I am in my 60's and my skin feels young, fresh and hydrated. All her facials treatments are carefully put together. Norah is very friendly and welcoming too.
