Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

I've lost count of how many times I have been to see the lovely Stacey. She always does an absolutely fab job and I always come away feeling well and truly pampered. Had a mini million dollar facial today, as usual the products are amazing and Stacey ensures the room is lovely and relaxing. I highly recommend and can't wait to see her again later this week for my brows and lashes!

My first microdermabrasion facial, and certainly won't be my last. Skin feels amazing and looks so fresh! Vicky was very professional throughout, explained everything in detail, so I knew what to expect. Also gave the most amazing massage, I could have fallen asleep 😅 definitely recommend!!!!

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed, glowing, and so much healthier afterward. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind. I had the ' HEADSPA x HYDRO FACIAL - luxury scalp facial head spa with hydro facial' and this was one of the best treatment experiences i have had! Would highly recommend Pam as she delivered an outstanding service, remained professional and was really friendly. throughout.
